What is it?
Somatic transformational coaching combines different healing modalities and hypnotherapy techniques to heal the mind-body-spirit. By combining energy healing to release trauma from the body along with subconscious re-programming of the mind, we can transform the different areas of our lives starting with our relationship with the self - then the relationship with others. Through activities like shadow-work, we learn how to identify others as triggers which we manifest to help us heal; this is where we identify our shadows. Somatic exercises I include in my coaching include breath-work, reiki, meditation, yoga, sound baths, vibrational healing and may include referrals to hypnotherapy and psychotherapy outside of The Sofiani Method.
My goal is to raise your awareness of the ego-self, and your consciousness. We are vibrational beings made up of energy and quantum particles. By giving you a baseline understanding of the laws of quantum physics and 12 mental laws--I help you create the blue print for navigating your soul's purpose here and understanding your life-path. About Me
Hi, I’m Lily Sofiani, I am a Somatic Transformational Life Coach, Breath-work Coach and Level III Master Reiki healer with training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Fung Shui and Mental Health Policy. I specialize in combining alternative trauma healing modalities to reset the nervous system and rewire the brain to help my clients better manifest success in all 4 areas of their life:

4) Esteem-building, finding your soul’s purpose and purpose-work here
Prior to founding The Sofiani Method, I was a political advisor in homelessness and mental health policy and served under elected officials in the California State Senate, Los Angeles City Mayor and Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. In my political career, I helped design and implement pilots on Complimentary Alternative Medicine (CAM) and alternative trauma healing and trauma-informed models for system-impacted individuals who have experienced homelessness, incarceration, domestic violence and Complex PTSD.
Currently, I teach a class in partnership with The Conscious Leadership Institute which includes Reiki energy healing (Level I, II, III), master attunement and introduction to Fung Shui. What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing practice which has become more widely used in western medicine and hospitals throughout the U.S. and Europe over the decades. “Rei” meaning that which our physical eyes cannot see, and “Ki” or “Chi” as the universal life force and energy which powers everything in the universe. Today, there are multitude of clinical studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of Reiki for patients suffering from both physical and mental health issues who receive Reiki along with traditional therapy and medicine (including recovery post surgery).
Clinical studies show that patients who receive Reiki show significant higher rates of accelerated healing and improvement in their condition than those receiving a placebo or medication/surgery alone. In Europe and Australia, nurses and doctors are now combining Reiki with western medicine to help patients recover faster from both chronic and non-chronic conditions.
I combine Reiki with life coaching, transformational healing, deep shadow-work, regressive hypnotherapy and vibrational healing, to help my clients understand the deeper root causes of their blocks and transform their lives.
